Terms and conditions:
- The booking is on a non – refundable basis and no cancellations are permitted.
- Accommodation will be given on basis of room availability and presenting the ticket for the said dates at reception.
- All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. By virtue of confirmation on this
non-refundable rate, the guest authorizes the Hotel to charge entire stay amount as deposit on his/her
credit card at the time of booking.
- Additional Taxes and Govt. Levies are applicable.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, promotional rate or negotiated rate.
- Our standard check-in time is 1400 hrs and checkout time is 12 noon local time.
- Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered a group booking. The hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings on
the basis of availability and may apply special rates.
- The Offer is valid till 30th September 2013.

- Rates are subject to change in case of change in validity periods, season rates, contracted periods, applicable laws or government policies.
